Requirements for Trainers and Consultants

• The desire to encourage and support people
  
• High performance standards
  
• Authenticity
  
• Appropriate education (Business School, Communication, Dramaturgy, Psychology, Theatre,..)
  
• Professional experience as Trainer is advantageous but not mandatory
  
• Capability for pragmatic implementation and creativity
